There are a few reasons why you might not be able to connect your reservation system. Below you can find the most common errors.
The product is not available in the upstream system
You will receive this reason if the product ID in your external system doesn’t match the ID you entered into GetYourGuide.
Double-check that the external ID matches the ID in your reservation system and the product that you’re trying to connect.
Please also make sure to enable the connection in your reservation system for all products you want to connect.
You haven’t set a time zone for your product.
If your tour option doesn’t have the time zone set on the reservation system it won’t connect. Make sure you set the time zone in both systems correctly.
The given date and time zone do not match.
This occurs if you have different time zones set in your reservation system and GetYourGuide portal. Please make sure the time zone is the same.
