As a default, availability is updated 1x a day for the next 90 days and 1x a week for the next 365 days. E.g. It is march, if you updated your availability on the reservation system for December, it might take up to a week to show up on GetYourGuide. Depending on which connectivity partner you use, changes made to your availability may update earlier on GetYourGuide.


In case of emergency or a last minute change in the availability, your reservation system should be able to send GetYourGuide an alert to update your availability. Please ask your connectivity partner for more details.
