The app’s main purpose is to redeem tickets and does not yet have more management capabilities (backlog item for Supply Tools team if the need is strong). Depending on cut off time for the tour, the customers can reschedule or cancel themselves in the consumer app, and then the supplier app list will update to reflect the change (pull to refresh). For late comers, you can still scan the codes to redeem; they will note the time is not correct but the ticket is valid, and will redeem to the original timeslot that was booked.
Can suppliers cancel or reschedule bookings for no shows or late customers who want to switch to a different time?
