To ensure we have adequate resources to carry out these services and their constant improvement, we need our suppliers to make certain that customers can enjoy the experiences they book. 

For this reason, as mentioned in point 10.3 of the Supplier Terms & Conditions, GetYourGuide reserves the right to charge the commission from bookings cancelled by suppliers where no rescheduling could be agreed with the customer. 


This commission will then be deducted from the following payment roll. Of course, as stated in point 10.4 of the Supplier Terms & Conditions, cases of force majeure and fraud will be excluded from this measure.
