We will send you email notifications at different stages of your partnership with us to provide you with information about your account.

You can add and/or change email notification settings as and when needed. Other members of your company can receive specific email notifications from GetYourGuide regarding bookings, customer questions, reviews and so on.

How do I change the language of the email notifications?

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the Account tab
  3. Click on Settings

  4. Click on the Notifications tab

  5. Click Edit Contact Details

  6. From the drop down box, choose the email notifications language you need under Receive notifications in

  7. Click Save 

How do I add an additional recipient to email notifications? 

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the Account tab at the top of the screen

  3. Click Notifications tab 

  4. Select Edit

  5. Under Additional Contact Information select Add new contact information

  6. Enter the details of the contact person need to add 

  7. Choose the email notifications language under Receive notifications in

  8. Click Save

  9. An automatic email will be sent to that address to activate it

  10. Once the email address has been activated, select Edit next to Notification Settings

  11. Click on the tick boxes that you want to add the address (you can also un-tick any that do not need the notifications any longer. When you're done click Save

  12. The new address will now receive the notifications you have selected
