What is the summer sign-up event?
For all new local partners in Canada, the USA, Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico who sign up before May 25, 2021, GetYourGuide will waive the local partners commission on the first $4,000 worth of conducted bookings before September 7, 2021.
This means that GetYourGuide will refund all commissions for eligible local supply partners and their eligible experiences after the end of the event period in September for a booking volume of up to $4,000.

Are all destinations relevant?
Yes! We want to serve all our customers whether they’re traveling around the world or across the state. So, if you are in a smaller destination - we are looking for you. Travelers are looking for you. 35% of American travelers said they want to visit a small town this summer. Now is the time to get in front of as many travelers as you can.
What local supply partners are eligible?
Only new supply partners who sign up before May 25, 2021 and accept the standard GetYourGuide terms and conditions included during registration are eligible for the sign-up incentive (Amendments and addendums will not be accepted).
Existing GetYourGuide suppliers, active or inactive, that have registered or sold tickets on the platform at any point in time before are not eligible.
GetYourGuide is a curated marketplace and reserves the right to decline any local supply partner onto the platform.
What experiences are eligible?
Only experiences conducted in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, that are uploaded and accepted onto the GetYourGuide platform by eligible supply partners, will receive the commission refund.
GetYourGuide is a curated marketplace and reserves the right to decline any experiences onto the platform.
On what bookings will my commission be waived?
Bookings of eligible experiences with a travel/conduction date before and excluding September 7, 2021 will have GetYourGuide’s commission refunded to the local supply partner (up to a booking volume of $4,000).
Will all those who sign up be accepted as GetYourGuide supply partners?
GetYourGuide is a curated marketplace. Not all local supply partners or experiences suit our platform and audience. In order to provide the best possible service to our customers, we only work with local supply partners directly, not third party resellers. Further, responsible tourism is an important topic for GetYourGuide, therefore only local supply partners that fulfill our social and environmental standards are accepted.
What is required to sign up with GetYourGuide?
Besides company details, payment details and contact details, each local partner is required to provide their up-to-date business registration and the relevant valid insurance documentation for all experiences provided.
When and how will I get paid?
As a local supply partner, you will be paid in your regular payment runs following the customer’s travel date. For these payments, the standard commission will be applied.
All withheld commission on eligible bookings with a travel date before September 7, 2021 will be paid out in bulk to you in one payment during September 2021.
You are able to review your payouts in the Supplier Administration Portal.
What will my commission be?
The standard commission will be defined during the onboarding process and depends on local market conditions.
What will my commission from September 7, 2021 onwards be?
The standard commission rate is defined during onboarding. A local supply partner’s participation in this incentive period will not impact their commission rate with GetYourGuide.

I use a software reservation system to manage my bookings (i.e. FareHarbor, Peek, Galaxy, Rezdy, Bookingkit, etc). Can I connect it to GetYourGuide?
GetYourGuide works with over 200 reservation systems. When creating your experience, the “Availability” tab has a dropdown menu to select your reservation system. Select yours, input the product ID (aka connection ID), and save. Here is a resource on self-mapping.
