How to qualify
GetYourGuide uses certification from third-party organizations that use criteria from the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) or similar guidelines. If your company is eco-certified from an NGO, non-profit organization, or government agency, you may qualify for our eco-badge. The full list of the organizations we approve are listed below.
How to get your eco-badge
Get eco-certified from a qualified, certification organization
Contact us or your destination manager and include:
a. Link or doc attachment of the certification
b. Date range validity of the certification
We’ll review your certificate
After you’re approved, your activity pages will be updated with the GetYourGuide eco-badge

Exception: WAZA, AZA, and EAZA-accredited zoos/parks with cetaceans in captivity or animal performances (not including birds and unforced feeding) are not eligible for the GYG eco-certified badge despite any other conservation work they may be doing.
