GetYourGuide has proactively put in place a traveler-first cancellation policy given the uncertainty and fear travellers are feeling:
Travelers who cancel a booking more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund from GetYourGuide or a gift code redeemable for the full value of their booking plus 10%.
Travelers who cancel a booking within 24 hours of the planned start time will receive a credit redeemable for the full value of their booking*.
If you need to cancel a tour because of an attraction closure, we will reach out to travelers proactively and refund their booking or a gift code redeemable for the full value of their booking plus 10%.
*With a view to jointly serving our customers as best we can in this uncertain time, GYG will fund the redeemable voucher in these cases. Where possible, we ask your support in sharing the cost of refunding last-minute cancelled bookings.

We ask that if you have temporarily paused any activities due to closures or other restrictive measures, you ensure travelers are unable to book them during the affected period by blocking the dates accordingly.
