Where can I see if my product is connected via API?
You can see if an option is connected when you select the Options & Pricing tab of the supplier portal.
I can’t edit my availability on the GYG supplier portal. What’s going on?
Once the product is connected, the availability is pulled directly from what you have set up on your booking platform. This overrides any availability previously set in the GYG supplier portal. To make changes, update the availability from your booking platform.
I am no longer getting booking emails from GYG. Does this mean I am not receiving any bookings?
Instead you will receive notifications of bookings or customer cancellations on your booking platform.
