Differentiating between a Meeting Point or a Pick-up helps creating more clarity for our customers and also allows you to know the necessary details in advance. In case you offer an activity with both possibilities, they need to be divided into different Options, so that the customer can book the preferred service. Meeting Point

When you provide our customers with a specific location/s where you will meet them to start the activity. Please provide a concise address or instructions when possible, as this will help our customers to find the location easily.

 

Pick-up

When the customer provides you with an address or location where you will pick them up (hotel, airport, private accommodation…). If you select this option, customers will have a mandatory field to provide the accommodation details during the booking process.
