Tell your customers exactly what is included in the product price.
Are meals included? How about drinks? Is hotel pick up included? If this is an entrance for an attraction, does the price include an audio guide?


Tell your customers what will not be included in the product price. List all costs which are not included.
Is the meal excluded? How about drinks? Are entrance tickets included and if not, how much should the customer bring in cash? Are gratuities included in the product price?

Tip: If there is a price listed in the Exclusions, please give an indication about how much money the customer needs to bring with them for this.
